Forum of Competencies for Development and Democracy
We are a Moroccan association founded on April 18, 2017, by a group of young people and women who believe in its principles and values. The association is committed to promoting democracy, human rights, and good governance, emphasizing the importance of transparency and integrity in all its activities. It strongly believes in civic participation as a means to enhance engagement and contribute to decision-making.
The association upholds the principle of equality, striving to achieve social justice and empower all segments of society fairly and equitably. It values innovation and continuous development as essential drivers of progress and growth. Additionally, it seeks to foster solidarity and cooperation among community members, supporting those in greatest need. Lifelong learning is encouraged as a tool for knowledge enhancement and individual empowerment.
Mutual respect is considered fundamental to positive interaction and building healthy relationships. Volunteer work is seen as an essential part of creating a strong and interconnected society. The association views its activities as an opportunity for skill development and personal growth, emphasizing the importance of giving and serving others selflessly. Moreover, it recognizes the role of modern technology in facilitating the dissemination and sharing of information, ensuring accessibility and efficiency in all its operations.
These principles form the foundation of the association’s work and contribute to achieving its goal of building a democratic and progressive society
Empowering women and developing their capacities in various fields while promoting the principle of equality and combating all forms of violence and discrimination against them.
Opening dialog spaces for young men and women in the field of participatory democracy and exchanging experiences and expertise with the youth of the world.
Embedding and promoting values related to human dignity, human rights, democratic principles, gender equality and social justice
Contributing and engaging with national and international institutions and bodies in the independent and impartial observation of elections.
Contributing to the provision of school support and guidance classes for students in educational institutions and universities.
Promote attention to ecosystems and adaptation to climate change by supporting environmental sustainability.
