Project Overview:

The “Hyatna” project is a social and awareness initiative implemented by the Forum of Competencies for Development and Democracy. It aims to contribute to improving health and social awareness among girls and boys, especially students from the most marginalized mountainous areas in the Agadir Ida Outanane province.

The project is based on a series of awareness activities, capacity-building sessions, and a comprehensive analysis of the social structure and cognitive status of the targeted students, aiming to gain a deep understanding of the challenges they face in their educational and social paths.

This project represents an active contribution to civil advocacy to establish a culture of healthy sexual education among boys and girls in rural and vulnerable areas, with a focus on preventing the risks of early pregnancy and ensuring proactive protection for girls against situations that may threaten their physical and psychological well-being.

Through this project, the Forum of Competencies seeks to strengthen rights and health awareness among youth, encouraging them to adopt knowledge-based practices, thereby contributing to building a generation aware of its rights and capable of actively participating in local and social development.

General Objective of the Project:

To contribute to strengthening health and rights awareness among girls and boys in disadvantaged mountainous areas of the Agadir Ida Outanane province, through awareness and advocacy aimed at establishing a culture of sexual education and preventing social risks.
