The forum relies on an integrated organizational structure that combines strategic governance, practical implementation, and field dynamism. This framework includes a Board of Directors that sets the main directions, an Executive Office that carries out programs and activities, and specialized poles and organizational units that ensure efficiency and coordination across initiatives. This diversity of roles reflects the forum’s commitment to involving various skills to achieve its goals in development and democracy.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of FCDD is the body responsible for strategic decision-making and for overseeing the association’s operations.
It brings together a group of volunteer members with diverse expertise in different fields and works to ensure the continuity of the forum and the achievement of its social and developmental objectives. The board is also responsible for coordinating between the poles and units, monitoring program implementation, and guiding activities toward the forum’s vision and mission in supporting community initiatives and sustainable development

Executive Office

The Executive Office of FCDD is the executive body responsible for implementing the activities and programs defined by the Board of Directors. It is composed of qualified members who make day-to-day operational decisions and supervise the execution of projects that contribute to achieving the forum’s goals. The office works directly with specialized poles and units to ensure activities run according to plans, while maintaining efficiency and transparency in managing operations and resources.

The forum’s structure is composed of two main poles:

The Youth and Governance Pole, which focuses on strengthening youth participation in decision-making and promoting principles of good governance.
The Women and Equality Pole, which aims to promote women’s rights and gender equality in various fields.

The structure also includes several specialized units that support activities and contribute to project implementation, including:

The Mobility Unit, responsible for organizing field trips and activities.
The Phone Support Unit, which provides guidance and assistance to members by phone.
The Press and Media Unit, which ensures media coverage and promotion of the association’s activities.
The Communication and Public Relations Unit, which builds strong partnerships with the forum’s partners and the community.
The Supervision and Coordination Unit, which ensures activities are well-organized and properly coordinated.
